SERVICES​

Deposits are refundable. Consultation and retainer fees are not refundable. Cancelations by the client should be made 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a no show/late cancellation fee.

The salon requires 24 hours notice to reschedule loc installations. If you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time, we will reschedule your service and apply the full payment. You have 30 days to use your salon credit.

 

Leftover service time will not be credited. If you book four hours and the Stylist finishes your hair in 3.5 hours, you will not be credited 30 minutes.​

PRODUCT PURCHASES

There are no refunds or exchanges on product purchases. If products are damaged during transport, customers can contact the seller within 24 hours of receipt for a remedy.
